Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

with experience in

IT Staff Augmentation

to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of IT services, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in

IT Staff Augmentation

and related services Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners Understand client requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

2+ years of experience

in Business Development / Sales (Staff Augmentation preferred) Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with domestic or international IT clients Knowledge of contract staffing, permanent hiring, and offshore models Exposure to LinkedIn sales, cold calling, and lead generation tools
