Role Overview:
We are urgently hiring a Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales and has experience in business development. If you have a good understanding of the Indian market, we want you to join our growing team. Sales knowledge is a must, and incentives are offered based on performance. The potential to earn beyond your base salary is available!
Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients and introduce our education programs.
Build relationships and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets with incentive-based rewards.
Ensure long-term post-sale customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in education or trading).
Strong sales knowledge (Indian market experience or international market knowledge is a bonus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
Salary & Benefits:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month + performance-based incentives (earn beyond base salary).
