We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

staff augmentation, IT sales, and client acquisition

. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.

Key Highlights:

Generate new business opportunities in

IT staffing and staff augmentation services

. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers. Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead generation and client acquisition. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

Business Development / IT Sales / Staff Augmentation

. Strong understanding of the IT recruitment and staffing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed business targets. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
