Job position - Business Development Manager/Executive Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends. Developing and implementing growth strategies in line with the company's objectives. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential clients. Sales and Negotiation: Pitching products and/or services to potential clients. Negotiating with stakeholders and closing business deals. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with the marketing team to develop custom sales and marketing strategies. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the company's growth objectives are met. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring performance against targets and reporting to senior management. Analysing sales and marketing trends to make data-driven decisions. Brand Representation: Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products or services and stay up-to-date with industry changes.
Requirements:
? Excellent presentations, and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve the company's objective.
? Proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager or similar role.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong ability to write professional and persuasive emails.
? Excellent judgement skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
? You are required to reach out to corporate connections on linkedin for corporate gifting, reach out to CSR departments of big companies, reach out to marketing heads, to hotel chains for institutional sales, reach out to wedding planners/event planners.
? Ready for long working hours in a fast-paced environment as we are currently in our growth phase.
