Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven
Field Sales Executive
(Male Preferred) to promote our software solutions and generate B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new sales opportunities and build strong client relationships
Meet prospective clients to understand needs and present relevant software solutions
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations
Send proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals
Maintain and update client database and sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed about market trends and competitors
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and onboarding
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in B2B or field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven
Ability to present ideas effectively and confidently
Good command of English (written & verbal)
Passion for sales and adaptability in a competitive market
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
?2 to ?6 LPA (based on experience and location)
Travel Allowance:
?5,000/month (with bills)
