Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team and drive growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth follow-up with leads.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales/marketing role.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand IT services and solutions.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
