Business Development Executive - Full-Time



Minimum 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing and recruitment needs. Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with company capabilities. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to successfully close sales. Meet or exceed sales targets within defined timelines. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Proven ability to

build and nurture client relationships

. Excellent

negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
