Business Development Executive / Trainee - Web3 & AI
Experience: 0.6 - 3 years (BDE profile)- Freshers with strong interest in Web3/AI are welcome to apply

About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic BDE to join our on-site sales team and drive B2B growth in AI, Blockchain, and Web3 domains. You'll engage in lead generation, outreach, client relationship building, and strategic partnerships while working closely with the tech and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily outreach to 100+ leads via LinkedIn, Discord, etc. using BD scripts
Engage founders/investors and initiate strategic conversations
Source 30-50 qualified Web3/AI leads via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and scraping tools
Update CRM (HubSpot/Notion) with 20-30 qualified leads daily
Conduct follow-ups and manage the BD pipeline
Collaborate with the onsite sales team to drive B2B deals and revenue
Research competitors and identify new partnership opportunities
Track sales KPIs and prepare daily reports
Required Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Familiarity with BD tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI CRMs
Basic understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems
