We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Executive

to join our team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate onsite business opportunities in the Blockchain, Web3, and AI markets. Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling, networking, and participation in local tech events. Pitch Ment Tech Labs' services (e.g., smart contracts, decentralized apps, AI solutions) to potential clients. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to qualify and close deals. Maintain and update the CRM pipeline with leads, prospects, and client interactions. Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement. Upsell services to existing accounts and expand business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation and business development (IT/Tech domain preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of Blockchain, Web3, and AI technologies. Strong persistence and ability to work in a target-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

Performance Goals:

Successfully close

1-2 deals worth ?30-50 lakhs total.

Qualify

20 warm leads

for closure. Drive

?10 lakhs in upsell revenue

from existing accounts.
