Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for researching markets, approaching potential clients, and pitching our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build the company network.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales or business development experience (B2B or B2C depending on your sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with the industry Visko Group operates in is preferred.
