Identify, connect, and nurture potential clients using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other social channels.
Actively bid on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms to generate quality leads for web, mobile app, or software development services.
Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and communicate effectively to close deals.
Maintain and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to create proposals and cost estimates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills:
6 months to 2 years of experience in IT service sales or similar role.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn lead generation.
Experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and the project lifecycle.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of proposal writing and client communication.
