We are looking for a high-performing

Business Development Executive

with deep experience in

SaaS sales

,

international client engagement (US, Europe, UAE)

, and

expertise in lead generation and full-cycle sales

. This role requires a proactive and independent self-starter who can uncover and close new business opportunities while working during

US business hours

.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting:


Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, cold email, outbound calling, CRM tools, and industry networks).

Client Engagement:


Build strong relationships with decision-makers across

US, European, and UAE markets

to understand their business needs and propose tailored SaaS solutions.

End-to-End Sales Cycle:


Own the complete sales process from outreach and product demos to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

New Business Development:


Develop and execute strategic plans to expand into new industries or regions, increasing market share and revenue.

Collaboration & Reporting:


Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, success) to refine messaging, deliver feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Market Intelligence:


Stay updated on competitor offerings, regional business trends, and customer behavior to refine strategies and improve pitch effectiveness.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree

1-3 years of SaaS sales or business development experience

with international client exposure. Proven success selling into

US, European, and UAE

markets.

Expert in lead generation

, pipeline building, and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar. Demonstrated success managing the

full sales cycle

with mid-market or enterprise clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Willingness to work US business hours

(Eastern or Pacific time zones).
