Business Development Executive (International Sales)

Experience: 1-2 Years
Salary bracket - 18k to 23k + incentives
Work Mode - 5 Days Working from Office (Night Shift Male/Female)
Shift timing - 7 PM to 4 AM
Interview Mode - walk-in 7 PM to 9 PM

A business development professional has three primary responsibilities: Identifying new sales leads (Inbound & Outbound) Pitching products and/or services Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers / partners Generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include: Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up introduction & progression meetings Assist in the planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Business Development duties include: Preparing PowerPoint presentations as required Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person Assist in training personnel and helping other team members develop their skills Protecting the organization's intellectual property and keeping all information strictly confidential. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

Very strong communication (verbal & Written) skills in English and IT fluency Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems In-depth knowledge of the payments industry (training will be given) The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations Attention to detail in all aspects of work requirements Excellent time management and organization Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Flexible working schedule around unsociable hours.
