JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and persuasive Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and helping startups discover the marketing magic of Inkcast.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calls, networking, and inbound leads
Build strong client relationships by understanding their digital marketing needs and offering tailored solutions
Present company services to potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content) to create proposals and pitch decks
Assist in negotiating deals and closing contracts with startups, small businesses, and brands
Maintain CRM and sales trackers with regular updates and follow-ups
Attend client meetings, online demos, and presentations when required
Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings
SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in client handling, pitching, and relationship building
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, content, design)
Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive selling abilities
Research-driven and target-oriented mindset
Knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
GOOD TO HAVE
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or startup
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
Understanding of proposal writing and client onboarding processes
Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
