We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing regular project updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to ensure client needs are understood and projects are delivered as per client requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of client requirements, feedback, and approval processes.
- Proactively identify potential issues or challenges and work with internal teams to find solutions.
- Address client concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Support senior team members with tasks and projects as required.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and company events.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in sales and business development.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
