Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities across various industries.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Product Promotion & Demonstration
Present, promote, and demonstrate the CRM system to prospects via meetings, calls, and online demos.
Effectively communicate the product's value proposition, features, and ROI to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding and coordination with support teams.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Market Research & Strategy
Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales processes, product positioning, and marketing approaches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or CRM solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
