JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executive's responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints. To be successful as a telesales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data gathering from all platforms and tools like Seller
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new sellers, Architects and Interior Decorators through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective sellers, Architects, and Interior Decorators.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with the existing sellers, Architects, and Interior Decorators to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from Architects and Interior Decorators.
Negotiating with sellers to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Diploma / Graduates from the relevant sector
Good knowledge of internet search engines and how to optimize the search.
Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Extensive sales experience.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Good command over English writing
