Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients via research, networking, and outreach; manage prospect lists.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing customers.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement plans to meet revenue goals, analyze market trends, and position offerings.

Pitching & Negotiation:

Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts; negotiate terms.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align goals and develop solutions.

Reporting:

Track sales metrics, monitor performance, and report progress to management.

Client Support:

Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Essential Skills:

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, & Presentation skills. Strong Analytical & Research abilities. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-starter attitude, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Typical Requirements:

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven sales experience and track record of meeting targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
