We are hiring a smart, presentable, and articulate
Female Business Development Executive
to join our team. We need someone with a strong personality who can handle student counseling with empathy, but also handle corporate client follow-ups with professionalism to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle telephonic and walk-in inquiries for Animation & Design courses.
Guide students and parents through the admission process with a warm, consultative approach.
Maintain a high conversion rate from "Inquiry" to "Admission."
Assist the Director in closing high-value corporate accounts for the production studio.
The "Silent" Closer:
After the Director finishes technical meetings with clients, you will take over the relationship to follow up, send proposals, and get the contract signed.
Maintain professional communication (Email/Call) with business clients to ensure deals don't go cold.
Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules.
Ensure zero leakage of leads (every lead must be called and tracked).
Desired Candidate Profile
Gender:
Female candidates only.
Experience:
1-3 Years in Sales, Counseling, Front Office, or B2B Coordination.
Communication:
Fluent in English and Hindi. You must have a polished speaking voice for corporate calls.
Personality:
You should be a "People Person"--approachable for students but confident enough to speak to business owners.
Tech Skills:
Basic knowledge of Excel, Email Drafting, and Google Meet.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
