The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and closing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
