About the Role



We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to support our sales and customer acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for individuals at an early stage of their sales career who are eager to learn, grow, and build strong customer relationships in the financial services domain. You will engage with potential clients, explain our services, and assist in converting leads into customers under structured guidance.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls under defined sales processes Share basic information about company services, eligibility, and recovery process Follow assigned sales scripts and CRM instructions Support lead conversion through regular follow-ups Update daily activity details including calls, follow-ups, and CRM entries Coordinate with seniors and internal teams for post-sale assistance Maintain professional communication and customer experience Support achievement of individual sales targets and quality standards

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree preferred 1 years of experience in sales / telecalling / customer engagement (BFSI / Fintech / Real Estate / EdTech / Insurance exposure is an advantage) Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn Disciplined, punctual, and process-oriented Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and improve Customer-focused and ethical approach
