We at Inducare Pharmaceutical & Research Foundation set up a Public testing laboratory and manufacturing facility for oral solid dosage and external preparations at G-32 MIDC Jejuri, Dist. Pune 412303 has facilities for microbiological testing, instrumentation, testing stability Testing, wet laboratory, etc.



Key Responsibilities:



I. Marketing & Business Development:



Public Testing Lab (PTL) Marketing:

New Client Acquisition:

Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and onboard new clients for our Public Testing Lab services. This includes market research, lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation.

Existing Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong, long-term relationships with our current PTL clients. Proactively understand their evolving needs, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and identify opportunities for service expansion.

Contract Manufacturing (CMO & Public Testing Lab) Marketing:

New Client Development:

Drive business development efforts to secure new contract manufacturing partnerships. This involves identifying potential clients, presenting our capabilities, and closing new manufacturing agreements.

Existing Client Management:

Manage and grow relationships with existing contract manufacturing clients. Ensure smooth project execution, address client needs, and explore avenues for repeat business and increased collaboration.

II. Domestic Regulatory Affairs & Compliance:



Regulatory Portals Management:

Comprehensive Oversight:

Efficiently manage and maintain all relevant domestic regulatory portals, including but not limited to the Online National Drug Licensing System (ONDLS) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) platforms. Ensure timely submission and accurate data entry for all required documentation.

On-Ground Regulatory Work & Coordination:

Document Review & Application Management:

Conduct meticulous reviews of all documents and dossiers prepared for regulatory applications, submissions, and other compliance-related works. Ensure adherence to all guidelines and standards.

Authority Coordination & Fulfillment:

Act as a key liaison with domestic regulatory authorities. Coordinate meetings, provide necessary clarifications, respond to queries, and diligently fulfill all regulatory requirements to secure approvals and maintain compliance.

Direct Regulatory Engagement:

Undertake necessary on-ground work and coordination directly at regulatory authority offices in Pune, Maharashtra, or other designated locations, as required, to expedite processes and resolve
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
