Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business expansion efforts As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong connections within the civil and construction industries will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including market research, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Business Proposal: Assist in the preparation of persuasive business proposals, presentations, and bids to secure new projects and contracts.

Sales Support: Provide support to the Business Development Manager and team in executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to gain insights and leverage business opportunities effectively.

Business Meetings: Schedule and participate in business meetings with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to promote company services and offerings.

CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand the network of potential clients and partners.

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the project management, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance for review by senior management.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:



Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification is advantageous.

Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a related role in the civil and construction industries, with a successful track record of lead generation and client relationship management and MBA Marketing Fresher are also welcome.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the civil and construction sectors, including an understanding of industry trends, regulations, and key players.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Result-Driven: Goal-oriented and proactive in pursuing business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills to build connections within the industry and identify potential clients and partners.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
