Research and identify potential clients through calls, online research, exhibitions, and networking.
Assist in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with prospects.
Work towards achieving assigned targets under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.
B. Growth Tasks - Building Skills & Relationships
Learn to manage the business development cycle--from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain client interaction details, reports, and pipeline updates in CRM/MIS tools.
Reconnect with old/dormant clients under supervision to explore new opportunities.
Coordinate with technical/service teams for demos, trials, and client queries.
C. Support Tasks - Enabling Business Processes
Collaborate with admin, logistics, and accounts teams for order-related activities.
Submit weekly/monthly activity reports to track progress.
Assist in marketing activities like campaigns, mailers, and exhibitions.
Support customer service teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics preferred) with strong interest in sales and business development.
Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
Strong command over English and Hindi; Marathi will be an advantage.
Energetic, eager to learn, and open to traveling for client visits.
Passionate about building a career in B2B sales and business development.
