Job Description

Achieving the Sales targets. Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across B2B and B2C markets. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, partnerships, and strategic outreach. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and nurturing high-potential prospects. Explore new industry segments, geographical markets, and strategic accounts to expand the company's business footprint. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable drone products, components, and technical solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations both online and on-site. Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customer/Clientele profiles and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for key business opportunities. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging drone technologies. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records. Represent product at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Assist in developing business strategies, revenue models, and growth plans to support long-term organizational objectives. Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in technology, electronics, aviation, or drone-related industries. Experience in Business Development, lead generation, or corporate sales is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market opportunities and drive business expansion.
