The Role:
We are seeking a
Business Development Executive
who can identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a flair for communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the maritime/logistics sector.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
Present company services effectively to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Presentation:
Must be well-groomed, presentable, and capable of representing the company professionally in face-to-face meetings.
Experience:
Min 2 Years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development is preferred (Maritime experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
Attitude:
Energetic, confident, and results-oriented.
Interview Timeline:
