About us & Profile Description:

A dynamic small-sized company specialising in comprehensive technology solutions including Networking, Projector Sales & Services, NAS Drives, CCTV Projects, Printer Sales & Services, Firewalls, Bio metric & Access Control Systems, Router Configurations, and more are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Engineer to support and execute multiple projects across our diverse range of services. The successful candidate will work closely with our technical team to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various IT and security infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :



Generate leads and convert them into long-term client relationships (B2B, B2C & Corporate). Drive business expansion with large companies and strategic accounts. Proactively identify and generate new sales leads via cold calling, professional networking, and social media. Utilize and manage online business portals (e.g., India Mart) to capture and follow up on new prospects and inquiries. Conduct market research to understand client needs, emerging trends, and the competitive IT landscape. Schedule and conduct professional client visits (on-site and virtual) to understand specific IT infrastructure and service requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to map client needs to tailored IT solutions and services. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and competitive quotations. Actively track, monitor, and identify relevant government IT tenders on e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM). Oversee the entire tender response process, including detailed documentation, technical compliance, financial bid preparation, and timely submission. Serve as the primary liaison for tender follow-ups and clarifications with government procurement teams.
Maintain continuous communication with client's post-sale, actively following up on order delivery, installation, and service commencement.

Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely payment processing from clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client data within the CRM system.

Key Skills :



Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client situations with professionalism. Positive "Never Say No" attitude. Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, Social Media Lead Generation. Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Qualifications & Experience :



Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or BCA, BSC - Computer science 0.6 - 3 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing Experience handling corporate, Government clients will be preferred.

Work Conditions & Benefits :



Work Days: 6 days/week Working Hours: 9 hours/day Benefits: TA (Travel Allowance Salary- 2.40 LPA- 3.60 LPA

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
