ElitePlus Business Services is looking for a sharp and proactive Business Development Executive who can identify new opportunities, connect with the right companies, and convert qualified leads into long-term business partnerships. You will work closely with our Sales & Marketing teams, interact with decision-makers across industries, and support the expansion of ElitePlus business relationships across India and overseas.
Roles & Responsibilities
? Study the market to identify new business prospects, sectors and potential clients.
? Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, events and online research.
? Build and maintain strong relations with clients -- understand their requirements and present the right solutions.
? Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and pitches to senior decision makers.
? Draft proposals and commercial offers in coordination with internal technical/sales teams.
? Negotiate terms and close deals in line with revenue targets.
? Provide weekly reports on leads, enquiries, conversions, pipeline status and market feedback.
? Track industry developments, competitor moves and new business trends to keep management updated.
Key Requirements:
? Excellent in drafting emails, letters and making presentations (Excel / PPT).
? Strong communication skills -- written and spoken English.
? Friendly personality, confident in interacting with senior executives & global partners.
? Able to manage multiple tasks, vendors and deadlines.
? Smart in targeting the right prospects -- to maximise sales effort and results.
? Prior experience in handling B2B business development (minimum 4 years).
? Experience reporting directly to senior management is preferred.
? Experience in organising or supporting international summits / conferences is an added advantage.
Education Qualification:
Graduated in B.Com/BSC with a minimum of 70% or above
Candidate Availability:
Immediate, preferred to start within 3 weeks

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.56 per month
