We are looking for an enthusiastic business development executive to work with the OneFin management team for identifying and closing banks, NBFCs, and fintechs as our customers, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline (inbound and outbound)
Communicate the value of OneFin solutions to C-level executives and other senior decision makers.
Conduct market research to identify other needs of Fintech, NBFC, and lending corporates across India.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings & revenue objectives.
Timely and accurate updating of customer information, forecasts and pipeline data to ensure generation of accurate
management reports.
Prepare high-quality pitch docs for prospective clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech followed by MBA (not mandatory) with 3+ years of selling experience in Fintech, PaaS, or banking products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong connections in Indian BFSI sector at senior level
Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and closing complex sales cycles
Ability to work collaboratively with employees within departments and across functions.
Aptitude for understanding how technology products work and coming up with solutions to solve business problems
Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of empathy and integrity.
Must be a self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
