Key Responsibilities;



1. Business Strategy Development :

Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase sales, and expand market presence.

2.Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solution.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth :

Negotiate contracts, close sales deals and meet revenue targets.

4.Market Research and Analysis :

Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and competitors activities to inform business development strategies.

5. Collaboration of Team Work:

Work with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing and products development to align business development efforts with company goals.

1. Strategic Thinking :

Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop long term strategies.

2. Communication and Presentation :

Execellent verbal and writtencommunication skills to effectively pitch products/service and build relationships.

3. Negotiation and Closing :

Ability to overcome business development obstacles and challenges.

Qualification:-



Education:-

Bachelor's or Master degree in business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role.

Skills :

Strong understanding of business principles, financial forecasting, sales technique and marketing strategies.

Goals:



Expand the company's market presence and increase revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationship with client and partners.

Identifies and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

25% (Preferred)
