Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our growing team at Vidushi Infotech. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, a passion for sales. Proven track record of selling Digital Marketing and IT Services is a Must. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various online and offline channels.
Conduct client meetings, online demos, and presentations to showcase company services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team to deliver tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales pipelines and prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Create compelling marketing and sales collaterals; experience using modern AI tools for collateral development is a significant advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of Digital Marketing and IT services is a MUST. Experience with AI-Tech selling or a strong understanding of how to position AI-driven solutions.
Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM tools. (Eg: Zoho CRM)
Proficiency in developing marketing and sales collaterals with use of AI tools.
Education:Graduate / Postgraduates in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, IT, or a related field is required.
