Responsibilities
? Sales & Counselling
? Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students interested in INFS programs.
? Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals and background.
? Use consultative selling techniques to drive enrolments and handle objections effectively.
? Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
? Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
? Team Support
? Support the telesales team with mentorship and guidance based on your own experience in telesales.
? Assist in setting team targets and share best practices to help achieve sales KPIs.
? Conduct audits of call quality and CRM usage to ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements
? Experience in the coaching, health, fitness, or education industries is a plus.
? Ability to support and train junior team members in telesales techniques and objection handling.
? Comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting.
? A growth mindset with an interest in continuous learning and development. Interview Process
