Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sale relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SMBs and enterprise clients to drive growth.
Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients.
Meet/exceed sales targets through opportunity identification and deal closures.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform business strategy.
Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Track and report sales activities, performance, and pipeline to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years' experience selling Digital Marketing, Accounting, SaaS, Consulting, or Tech solutions to SMBs or enterprises.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing large accounts with a focus on client success.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable building from 0-1.
Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise sales processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver tailored client solutions..
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
