Key Responsibilities



1. Customer Engagement & Outreach

Initiate Contact:

Connect with potential customers, including working professionals, graduates, and parents.

Meetings:

Schedule and conduct in-person meetings at our Kothrud branch to present our course offerings.

Counseling:

Provide detailed counseling to prospective students about the Cloudblitz learning journey.
2. Detailed Course Guidance

Explain Courses:

Clearly describe the Cloudblitz programs, highlighting industry relevance and employability advantages.

Benefits Explanation:

Assist students and families in understanding how these programs support long-term career growth.
3. Mentorship & Support

Mentorship:

Serve as a mentor for students throughout their learning journey, offering continuous guidance.

Query Resolution:

Address all queries and concerns from students and their families promptly and effectively.
4. Sales & Counseling

Hybrid Sales Model:

Utilize a mix of inside-sales and direct-sales approaches to maximize engagement.

Work Schedule:

Six-day work week (Sunday off), designed to fit the schedules of working professionals and graduates.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Graduate in any business-related field (e.g., BBA, MBA, Commerce, Marketing, or similar).

Freshers:

Welcomed, provided they have the required educational background, interest in sales, and eagerness to learn.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain concepts clearly and persuasively.

Professionalism:

Self-motivated, confident, and professional with a target-driven approach.

Experience:

0-3 years in sales, counseling, or related roles is preferred.
