We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to help expand our customer base and drive sustainable financial growth. The BDE will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Generate leads and contact potential clients via email, phone calls, or meetings.
Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Provide feedback and insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads and build relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,160.32 - ₹42,404.81 per month
