Designation:

Business Development Executive - Day shift

Roles and responsibilities: -

Connecting with inbound enquiries

Generating Interests for offline or online Chess classes

Explaining various courses, clearing their doubts, and suggesting them the best option

Generating revenue (Meeting or exceeding sales target)

Establishing new business opportunities

Adopting best practices for improving lead to sales conversion ratio

Maintaining accurate records

Reviewing sales performance

Making sure demo is coordinated well and conducted on time

Usage of technology and computer skills (Excel, Word, Mails, WhatsApp): Training in CRM will be provided

Dealing with parents of young kids and hence the most important aspect of this job would be your interpersonal skills and sensitivity to our customers

Qualifications

Hands on experience in Business Development or sales Excellent Communication Skills
