Position Summary
We are looking for a
Sales Executive
to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development (70% of your time) and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through after-sales support (30% of your time). If you are proactive, goal-oriented, and have a knack for problem-solving, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (70%)
Business Development:
Identify and approach potential B2B clients through calls, emails, visits, and networking.
Client Needs Analysis:
Understand client needs and pitch relevant services or solutions.
Presentations & Proposals:
Deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and develop customized proposals to close deals.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Negotiate with decision-makers and procurement teams to close sales.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
After-Sales Support (30%)
Client Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services or products.
Post-Sale Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-ups with clients' post-sale to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
Issue Resolution:
Handle minor client complaints or service requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Documentation Support:
Assist clients with necessary documentation, reports, or service-related updates.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills:
Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Confidence in negotiating and closing deals effectively with clients.
B2B Sales Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the B2B sales process and CRM tools.
Excel & Reporting:
Basic Excel skills for tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
Customer-Centric:
Ability to balance achieving sales goals with ensuring client satisfaction.
