- Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive

Experience Required:

1-4 years (Engineering/Construction/Testing/Consultancy industry preferred)

Qualification:

Graduate in Civil Engineering / Business / Marketing (Diploma holders with experience can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify and approach potential clients in construction, infrastructure, government, and private sectors. Generate new leads through cold calls, visits, networking, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, email).

Proposal & Business Growth

Prepare and present technical proposals/quotations in coordination with the technical team. Follow up regularly with prospects until conversion. Achieve sales targets and business growth goals.

Market Research & Networking

Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Research upcoming projects, tenders, and consultants. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (builders, architects, contractors, consultants).

Marketing & Branding

Support preparation of brochures, presentations, and marketing materials. Promote company profile on social media (LinkedIn updates, project highlights). Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain a client database (CRM/Excel). Take client feedback and ensure smooth handover to execution team. Retain existing clients for repeat business.

Reporting

Submit weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and closures. Provide monthly updates on target achievement and new opportunities.
? Key Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication & presentation skills. Knowledge of construction/engineering industry preferred. Target-driven and self-motivated. Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability. Basic computer & digital skills (MS Office, LinkedIn, CRM). Willingness to travel if required.
Performance Indicators (KRAs):

Leads generated per week/month. Conversion ratio of proposals to orders. Revenue targets achieved. New clients onboarded and existing client retention.
Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹[Range - e.g. 20,000-35,000 depending on experience] Performance Incentives/Commission based on business generated. Growth opportunity in a fast-developing engineering company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
