We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a proactive attitude. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and representing the agency in meetings -- independently and confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive agency growth.
Pitch digital marketing services to prospective clients and close deals.
Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients -- independently and professionally.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service packages effectively.
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.
Maintain a CRM/database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvements.
