We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to boost export sales, manage client relationships, and coordinate order processing. Experience in the nutraceutical or related industries is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through exhibitions, online sources, and export data.
Handle client inquiries and provide product recommendations and quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams for product sampling, R&D, and order approvals.
Manage commercial orders, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Track production progress, artwork, and report status for international clients.
Coordinate dispatch and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries.
Maintain trackers, update clients, and handle post-delivery support.
Follow up on receivables and resolve client issues with relevant departments.
Requirements:
4-8 years of B2B sales/export experience (preferably in nutraceuticals or pharma)
Strong coordination, communication & follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of export documentation and compliance
