JOB RESPONSIBILITY
New Business Development
Achieve growth and hit sales targets (revenue and GP) for assigned region QoQ /YoY.
Reach out to targeted customer base as per company's business development strategy.
Build contacts with potential clients and create business opportunities.
Create prospective client database and constantly keep in touch with them.
Actively work with the inside sales team to create more leads, funnels and ensure these funnels are getting converted into orders.
Make cold calls for new business leads.
Proactively working on new business development opportunities, exploring partnering opportunities to create new opportunities to acquire new business and customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships on behalf of the sales department and the business as a whole by being attentive, service-oriented, friendly, helpful, and courteous to customers, colleagues, external partners, and so forth.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with End customers, OEM's and partner Eco system.
Collaboration and MIS/Reports
Work with cross functional team (Technology/ Inside Sales) to ensure that strategies and objective are aligned across the all verticals.
Co-ordinating and working along with Presales, project delivery and customer support team to ensure projects are delivered as per the commitment.
Accurately prepare and provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.
Tracking sales activities and creating reports and share to senior sales management for use in strategic decision making.

5. BBA or MBA in marketing or business administration
