Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Business Development Executive (Graduates Only) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for pitching creative solutions to clients. You will be responsible for engaging with Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, and MNCs, presenting our services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients (Brand Managers, Marketing Managers) via calls, emails, and meetings.

Pitch content creation, creative solutions, and marketing services to MNCs and brands.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals.

Follow up on provided leads and generate new leads through research and networking.

Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Graduate degree (Any discipline).

1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing.

Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to think creatively and offer tailored solutions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in dealing with senior professionals.
