To drive student enrolments and institute growth through strategic partnerships, effective promotion of courses, and proactive relationship building in the educational sector, supporting the institute's mission of training candidates for defence and competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential students, parents, schools, colleges, and institutional partners to promote the institute's offerings.
Achieve student admission targets through counselling and follow-ups.
Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities like seminars, webinars, workshops, campus visits, and education fairs.
Build and nurture partnerships and referral networks within the education community.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media promotions and campaigns.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to suggest new strategies and enhance competitiveness.
Maintain accurate reports of daily activities, lead status, and progress toward monthly and quarterly targets.
Travel to meet clients, conduct seminars, and attend events as needed.
Key Requirements:
? Minimum
1 year of experience
in the educational sector (business development, admissions, counselling, or similar roles)
? Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred
? Willingness and flexibility to
travel locally or regionally
as per business needs
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
? Confidence in conducting presentations, workshops, and counselling sessions
? Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to work under deadlines
? Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
