We're looking for a

Business Development Executive

to help grow our

Sustainability Engagements

vertical. This includes climate action workshops, gamified sustainability activities, outdoor engagements, zero waste campaigns and much more. In this role, you'll work closely with clients and our internal teams to

pitch and design experiences that inspire climate action.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach:

Design and execute targeted outreach efforts (including emailers, newsletters, digital content) to generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline

Lead Generation:

Proactively identify potential clients through corporate networks, event agencies, inbound queries and research

Pitches and Proposals:

Develop customised proposals and presentations that align with client goals, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries

Client Relationships:

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored sustainability engagements

Strategic Growth

: Support business development by identifying new opportunities through industry research and help shape engagement formats, pricing, and positioning.

Performance Monitoring:

Track key business metrics and gather client feedback to continually improve outreach and offerings

You're perfect for this if you:

Have 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or client servicing Are a strong communicator who can craft clear, persuasive pitches and proposals Think strategically and love rolling up your sleeves to execute Are proactive, detail-oriented and confident with managing multiple clients and timelines Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first team Bonus: You care about the environment and want your work to drive meaningful climate action

Location:

This is a full-time role open to candidates based in Mumbai or Bengaluru. We are a remote-first organisation and offer flexible work hours, with opportunities for in-person collaboration when needed.
