We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsiblities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various channels (calls, emails, referrals, industry events) Meet with clients to understand their project requirements and present tailored solutions Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations Coordinate with internal teams (technical, design, and operations) to ensure client needs are addressed Maintain accurate sales reports, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences as needed Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
