We also specialize in turnkey project setups in high-potential sectors like agriculture (exotic farming, vertical farms, etc.) and jewelry (manufacturing units, D2C brands, etc.), offering clients complete execution support.

Role Overview:



As a Business Development Executive, you will be the bridge between client vision and execution. This role is ideal for fresh MBA and graduates or eager to work across diverse sectors, engage directly with business owners, and deliver impactful consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Interact with clients to understand their business ideas, challenges, and goals

Identify client needs and pitch relevant consultancy services and turnkey solutions

Prepare customized proposals, project plans, and business reports

Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, design, operations) for project execution

Track market trends in startups, agriculture, jewelry, and VC landscapes

Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of engagements

Consulting Verticals You'll Work On:

Startup & SME Consulting: Company incorporation, compliance, growth strategy

Funding & Financial Services: Business planning, financial models, VC connect

Branding & Marketing: Identity design, digital marketing, GTM strategies

Turnkey Projects:



Agriculture: Mushroom farming, hydroponics, greenhouse setups

Jewelry: Manufacturing units, branding, supply chain setup, online/offline launch

Cosmetics: Manufacturing units, branding, supply chain setup, online/offline launch

Requirements:



MBA (Marketing, Finance, Strategy preferred) -- fresher or 2024 graduates welcome

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Multilingual)

Passion for startups, business strategy, and entrepreneurship

Strong presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, etc.)

Based in or willing to relocate to Pune (on-site role only)

Prior internship or live project experience is a plus
