Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their business goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (industry specific experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
