At Amethys Insights we're looking for a dynamic and motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience to be part of our mission to deliver high-impact services in

Pharmacovigilance (PV), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Market Access (MA), and Medical Writing

.

Business Development:



Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients in the pharma, biotech, and healthcare sectors for PV, IPR, MA, and Medical Writing services. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn and other digital platforms to build a qualified sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and align solutions with client requirements. Support the creation of high-quality proposals, capability presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.

CRM & Reporting:



Use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor follow-ups. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status, outreach activities, and conversions. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by facilitating prompt, clear, and professional communication.

Digital Marketing & Branding Support:



Assist in updating and maintaining the company website with relevant service information and news. Contribute to basic SEO efforts, including keyword optimization, metadata, and performance tracking. Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and promotional decks. Enhance the company's brand presence through active participation in LinkedIn campaigns and content planning.

KEY DELIVERABLES:



1. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth



Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through acquisition of new clients across target markets (e.g., pharma, biotech, CROs). Convert leads into long-term business engagements for PV, IPR, market access, and medical writing services.

2. Pipeline Development



Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified leads across services and geographies. Regularly update CRM with prospecting activity, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.

3. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances



Identify and onboard strategic partners to enhance service offerings and market penetration. Manage relationships with referral partners, industry associations, and affiliates.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence



Provide regular insights on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and client needs. Use intelligence to shape service positioning and sales strategies.

5. Marketing Strategy & Execution



Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, webinars, conferences, etc.) to promote service lines. Manage content development (case studies, blogs, brochures) in collaboration with subject matter experts.

6. Proposal Development & Bidding



Lead RFP/RFI response processes with high-quality, tailored proposals that align with client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, regulatory) to develop compelling business proposals.

7. Client Relationship Management



Act as a key contact point for existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upselling opportunities. Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and satisfaction surveys.

8. Brand Positioning



Enhance brand visibility through participation in industry events, online platforms, and thought leadership. Support the development of marketing collateral aligned with the company's brand strategy.

9. Reporting & Metrics



Provide regular reports on business development activities, ROI on marketing campaigns, and sales performance to senior management. Track KPIs such as lead conversion rate, client acquisition cost, revenue per client, and campaign ROI.

COMPETENCY (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)


Qualification:



Minimum Qualification Bachelor's degree in science, Pharmacy, Healthcare, BCom, Additional Qualification (preferred) MBA (Marketing/International Business) or Postgraduate Degree/Healthcare Marketing, or Clinical Research.

Language Preference:

English, Marathi, Hindi, (any additional )

Technical Competency



Essential



Proven ability to build and manage a

B2B business development pipeline

, handle sales cycles, and close deals in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Strong experience in using

LinkedIn for professional networking, lead generation, and campaign awareness

. Ability to identify, connect with, and nurture prospects through LinkedIn-based outreach strategies. Basic working knowledge of

CRM tools

(e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for maintaining client data and tracking engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a

client-focused approach

. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
