Key Responsibilities

:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

:

Identify potential societies and communities requiring service management solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits (if required), online research, networking, and referrals.

Client Acquisition

:

Assist in understanding client requirements and pitch suitable services and solutions. Assist in Negotiating terms and close deals.

Market Research & Analysis

:

Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market trends. Provide feedback to the internal team on customer requirements and service gaps.

Relationship Management

:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with societies and community leaders.

Reporting

:

Maintain CRM records of all leads, prospects, and client interactions. Share regular updates with the HOD on pipeline status and achieved targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
