Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage HNI clients in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial segments
Build and nurture relationships with top interior designers and architects in Mumbai
Conduct product presentations, studio visits, and design consultations
Drive project-based sales and ensure Yantra is specified at the design stage
Promote brand awareness through targeted campaigns, events, and studio showcases
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in luxury interiors, real estate, or design
Strong network in the designer and architect community preferred
Aesthetic selling skills, polished communication, and relationship-building ability
Self-starter with strong follow-up and CRM discipline
Compensation:
?7.2 - ?15 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
